We had a wonderful family getaway, though it didn’t start off smoothly due to some issues at check-in. The manager, John, really turned things around for us. The rooms were modern and spacious, and the heated balcony spa was a great addition. The only downside was the noise from a nearby bar late at night, which disturbed our sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a convenient place on the slopes.
